Answer: Depends what you got, you will have to refer back to your receipt and/or invoice for further explanation on the various policies involved. 

Question: Are there any international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Answer: Of course there will be international and national taxes that we all have to pay. Though our primary location is the Midwest Region of the United States of America serving Chicago, Il; Bloomington, Northwest Region of Indiana. 

Question: When will I receive my order?

Answer: You will receive your order in the estimate about delivery days that you selected from the check out pageProducts and Services are externally contrasted from each other in the time you will receive your order. Please refer back to your receipt and/or invoice for more information on your selective customization.

Answer: We have two primary locations at the cities of Hammond and Bloomington in the state of Indiana serving everyone in Whiting, East Chicago, Hammond, Munster, Highland, Griffith, Schererville, Merrillville, Saint John, Crown Point, Dyer, Gary, New Chicago, Lake Station, Hobart, Portage, South Haven, Valparaiso, Chesterton, Michigan City, La Porte (Northwest Region Indiana) and Chicago, Illinois.

Question: How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Answer: Each Product are made differently based from the shipping vendor. Though, we made sure all products are 100% harmless to our lovely pets to reduce animals abuse in everyday lives.
